Having worked with industry giants like Amazon, Home Depot, and BSG, he brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our team. Mark leads with a people-first approach, ensuring his team feels empowered and supported. His main goal as a manager is simple yet impactful. When he’s not leading operations, Mark is a family man, Marvel fan, and outdoor enthusiast. His perfect day is hiking with my family. Mark also has a love for Latino cuisine, enjoys a wide variety of music, and stays busy with home remodeling projects. As a die-hard Georgia Bulldogs fan, you’ll often find him cheering on his team.
When asked about his biggest inspirations, Mark points to his family and coworkers. This speaks volumes about his leadership style—one that is deeply rooted in teamwork and mutual respect.

Beyond his professional life, Jamaal is a renaissance man of sorts. He is a skilled home chef who has mastered challenging dishes like Beef Wellington, an aspiring guitarist whose renditions of “Happy Birthday” and “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” are nothing short of impressive, and a passionate Jacksonville Jaguars fan.

This Jacksonville native brings a unique blend of professional drive and personal passion to his role, embodying the diverse and dynamic culture at Porter Logistics.
At Porter Logistics, the success of our company is driven by the strength of our team. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Philipp Sdrenka, our Operations Manager, who plays a key role in helping our team grow and innovate.
With 8 years of experience in logistics, Philipp has held various roles, including Director of Operations, Warehouse Manager, and Warehouse Supervisor at a 3PL and a motorsports company. This diverse background gives him a solid understanding of the logistics challenges and opportunities that he applies in his role at Porter Logistics.
For Philipp, the best part of his job is coaching his team to reach their full potential. “Helping team members grow and develop is both rewarding and essential for the company,” he says. His main goal as a manager is to build a high-performing team that drives innovation and fuels company growth. By empowering his team, Philipp ensures that Porter Logistics stays ahead in the fast-evolving logistics industry.
Philipp draws inspiration from the people around him. “My friends and family are always pushing themselves to achieve, which motivates me to do the same,” he shares. This support fuels both his personal and professional growth.
When he’s not managing operations, Philipp is an avid foodie who loves exploring Italian, Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese cuisines with friends and family. He also enjoys riding motorcycles and dirt bikes, even testing his skills on the racetrack. Whether it’s outdoor adventure or relaxing with his 9-year-old dog (who plays “sheriff” at the dog park), Philipp knows how to balance excitement and relaxation.
Philipp imagines the perfect day as a vacation in Italy with his wife, starting with a café breakfast, followed by exploring museums, enjoying a long lunch, shopping for keepsakes, and finishing with a gourmet dinner and live music.
Philipp’s passion for coaching, performance, and adventure shines through in his role at Porter Logistics. His leadership helps nurture a highly skilled and motivated team, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in logistics. Meet Savana Bristol, our Operations Manager at Porter Logistics! Savana is a crucial member of our team, providing support and solutions to ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. As the Operations Manager, Savana is responsible for scheduling and dispatching our crews, monitoring work quality, and ensuring accurate paperwork. She also maintains the fleet and collaborates with the management team to improve efficiency.
With seven years of experience in the logistics industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Her children are her greatest inspiration, infusing her life with unmatched joy, determination, and creativity. When she’s not overseeing operations, Savana enjoys a perfect day filled with the sound of chirping birds, a home-cooked breakfast, and a good TV show. And if there’s anything with gravy on the menu, count her in! We’re grateful for Savana’s dedication and hard work at Porter Logistics.

Porter Logistics’ General Manager Mark Grant is a critical leader of our team. Mark has 25 years of Logistic experience where he worked for large companies like Home Depot and Lowes. He also has a unique background working in construction logistics, where he had to deal with the intricacies of coordinating materials such as rail and cement. Through these experiences, Mark has a comprehensive understanding of the logistical challenges inherent to high-volume fulfillment as well as large, bulky commodities which has been crucial to Porter Logistics’ growth. He is truly a Swiss Army knife in terms of his ability to manage diverse client types.
As a leader, Mark’s main goal is to create an environment where everyone’s skills are nurtured to allow them to grow and excel. He is always seeking ways to help develop and empower his team to excel in their roles. Mark is a key in developing the team environment at Porter Logistics which is his favorite part of working at Porter Logistics.

When Mark isn’t working he is enjoying his four kids and bringing family and friends together with some good food. Mark is a master in the kitchen and on the grill. He loves to bring new recipes and ideas together in order to bring people together. Mark not only loves watching but also playing basketball and football. He is an avid sports fan so you will find him cheering for Florida State Seminoles, Miami Dolphins, Miami Hurricanes, and the Miami Heat.
